Q, How to Cancel or Reschedule my appointment?

Q, Why do I have to pay $100 Deposit?

A, The deposit of $100 is required to reserve appointments that are 2 hours or longer.

(Ex: Balayage, Highlights, Digital Perms etc.) This deposit will be hold and used toward the service on the day of your appointment. If the appointment with the paid deposit needs to be cancelled or reschedule, the 24-hour notice is required to receive a full refund for the deposit.

Q, I paid my deposit $100 when booking,
    How do I get refund it if I'm going to Reschedule or Cancel?

Your deposit does NOT refund automatically.

When you cancel or reschedule your appointment online, we need to issue the refund via our credit card processor individually. However if you RESCHEDULE your appointment online, the paid deposit will be AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED to your new rescheduled appointment.

First 90 min free parking in front of the salon.

You can pay for the parking AFTER 90 min using Passport Parking App on your phone with your License Plate Number and Credit Card.
